Video Output: HD-SDI 720p 60 Hz. The Nocturn HD-SDI Camera uses the power of the Kameleon Colour CMOS imaging sensor, or the Lynx monochrome sensor, both optimised for low-light level imaging.
The Nocturn 720p HD-SDI core is a ruggedized passive low-light imaging core that
features high-definition resolution, high sensitivity and high dynamic range
with low power consumption. Powered by the Photonis Lynx CMOS sensor or the
Kameleon Colour CMOS imaging sensor, the Nocturn provides real-time imaging
capabilities (from daylight to bright starlight scene illumination) in the
visible and near infrared spectrum in either monochrome or colour. Its
small size, low weight and low power usage (SwaP) make this core module
ideal for integration into mobile and handheld surveillance systems.
The Nocturn 720p HD-SDI camera uses Photonis’ award-winning CMOS image sensor
technology to provide unsurpassed day-through-night imaging capabilities, in
either monochrome or colour without additional illumination or a secondary
technology, which is considered as passive low light camera imaging. Nocturn
offers a small size, weight and power package with an industry standard video
interface for a compact package that supports high definition video in both
day and night time lighting conditions.
